TZATZIKI Recipe: Ingridients: 200gr strained yogurt, 50gr cucumber, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1 stick of Tzatziki mix.
Preperation: Wash and Grate the cucumber using a box grater and then drain it. Add it to yogurt. Add vinegar, Olive oil and the Mix for Tzatziki. Mix well and serve.
GREEK SALAD Recipe:
Ingredients for two persons: 250gr tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 1 red onion,1 green pepper, black olives, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 stick of Greek salad mix, salt, feta (Greek cheese).
Preperation: Wash vegetables. Cut tomato and cucumber into small pieces. Cut the onion into slices and pepper into small pieces. Mix all ingredients and add the olives. Add salt, feta cheese, Greek salad mix,olive oil and mix all ingredients again.
GYROS & SOUVLAKI Recipe:
Ingredients for 200gr : 200 gr of pork, 1 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 Stick of Gyros & Souvlaki mix, salt and pepper.
Preperation: Cut the meat into pieces. Add salt, pepper, the Mix for Souvlaki, the Olive oil and mix well. Marinate meat in the refrige for about 8 hours after putting the meat in skewers.
